How do I send my artwork files?
After receiving your quote confirmation, we'll send a secure upload link. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and INDD files — CMYK, min. 300 DPI, with 3mm bleed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Digital printing starts from 1 copy. Offset printing starts from 500 units. Large format is quoted per piece regardless of quantity.
Do you provide design services?
Yes! Our in-house design studio creates print-ready artwork from scratch. Design fees are quoted separately based on project complexity.
Can I get a proof before full production?
Digital proofs are provided free of charge for all jobs. Physical hard proofs are available for offset jobs — small fee and 1–2 days additional lead time.
Do you deliver outside the Qatar?
Yes, we deliver across the GCC and can arrange international shipping for select products. Contact us for a delivery quote to your location.
What eco-friendly printing options exist?
We offer FSC-certified papers, recycled stocks, soy-based inks, and biodegradable laminates. Ask about our green printing range when enquiring.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Corporate accounts with credit terms available. 50% advance required for new clients before production.
What if I'm unhappy with the result?
We stand behind every job. If there's a production defect on our side, we reprint at no charge. Colour variations within industry tolerance are standard.
